I’VE WORKED IN THE HEALTH AND WELLNESS FIELD FOR OVER TWO DECADES AND BECAME A REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST IN 2008.
From the beginning, I was entrepreneurial. I began my journey in 2001 studying aromatherapy massage and working in spas. In 2005, I returned to school and graduated as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2008, working as an independent contractor in a clinic setting.
In 2014, I built and began running a home-based clinic, which I led for over 12 years, eventually growing it into a collaborative wellness space.
I also know what it feels like to be fully booked and still overwhelmed.
Like many wellness professionals, I managed the admin, marketing, hiring, team conversations, finances, and systems while trying to provide meaningful patient care.
Over time, I strengthened my leadership skills, refined clinic systems, and developed over a decade of hands-on experience with Jane Software to create workflows that actually support daily operations.
In 2021, after a motor vehicle accident, I rebuilt my clinic systems so the business could continue running without everything resting on me.
THAT SEASON CHANGED HOW I THINK ABOUT SUSTAINABILITY.
It shifted me from “doing everything” to building systems that protect time, energy, and leadership capacity.
Over the years, colleagues began reaching out for help with their own clinics. That’s when I realized my passion wasn’t just patient care. It was building the structure behind the care.
Today, I help wellness providers and clinic owners close the gap between being a skilled clinician and being a confident, organized business owner.

I didn’t plan to become a business coach...
I became a Registered Massage Therapist because I loved helping people feel better. I built a home-based clinic and grew it into a collaborative wellness space — while learning business through experience, not formal training.
After a motor vehicle accident in 2021, I had to rebuild my clinic systems so the business could run without everything resting on me.
During my own healing, I became a client again and saw how many incredible practitioners were delivering excellent care but struggling behind the scenes — messy booking links, late-night emails, fully booked yet overwhelmed.
I realized the gap wasn’t skill. It was structure.
Now I help wellness providers build businesses that truly support their lives.
When I was out of the clinic after my car accident and unable to do hands-on work, I finally had to look closely at the numbers. That’s when I realized something shocking. Without my own treatment income, the clinic made me $300 for the entire year. Yes $300 annually.
WE WERE BUSY. THE ROOMS WERE FULL. BUT THE STRUCTURE WASN’T BUILT TO GENERATE REAL PROFIT WITHOUT ME PHYSICALLY WORKING IN IT.
With a concussion, I also couldn’t keep track of everything the way I used to. I saw clearly that I had been relying on memory, overworking, and constant involvement instead of strong systems. That season forced me to create clearer communication systems, stronger boundaries, and restructure my rent model so the clinic could stand on its own.
It was a hard realization but it completely changed how I build, price, and lead.
I know I wasn’t the only clinic owner struggling with this.
SO MANY WELLNESS PROFESSIONALS ARE EXCELLENT AT CARE BUT WERE NEVER SHOWN HOW TO BUILD A BUSINESS THAT GENERATES REAL PROFIT, CLEAR LEADERSHIP, AND SUSTAINABLE STRUCTURE.
That’s why I decided to formalize what I had learned.
I took everything I rebuilt from financial clarity, rent restructuring, communication systems, rebooking processes, leadership boundaries, and over a decade of experience with Jane Software and turned it into practical coaching for wellness providers and clinic owners.
Now, I help practitioners move from busy but overwhelmed… to structured and profitable.
